How do I register for the virtual conference?
Click on the registration flyer button and register using the form on the second page of the flyer. The registration form is fillable online and can be saved as a PDF. Email your registration form to Kelley Bourque at kelleybourque@hotmail.com. Please make checks payable to "Louisiana Public Retirement Seminar" and send to LAPERS, P.O. Box 2321, Gonzales, LA 70707-2321. Contact Kelley Bourque with any questions regarding registration at (225) 644-7364 or via email at kelleybourque@hotmail.com.

How do I access the conference content?
You will receive an email to the email address used at the time of registration. You may use the link provided in the confirmation email to access the virtual conference content. When prompted, please enter the password that was provided to you in the confirmation email. You may also click on the "Virtual Conference" button and enter the password when prompted. The virtual conference content will become available on September 13, 2021.

Are there any special applications needed to access the virtual conference content?
The virtual conference may be viewed using any internet browser. Make sure you are running the latest version of your preferred browser for the best viewing experience.

Do I have to watch all of the sessions in one or two days?
No, you may watch the sessions at your own pace. All conference content will be posted and remain available through the virtual conference link until August 15, 2022.

Will there be an ethics presentation this year?
LAPERS is not providing an ethics training this year. You may take the online ethics course via the Ethics Administration website to receive your ethics education credit this year.

How do I receive educational credit?
To receive credit for each session watched, please contact your retirement system directly.

How long will these educational sessions be available?
The virtual conference content will remain on the LAPERS website until August 15, 2022.
